Association of Outsourcing Professional of Nigeria in collaboration with BPO Academy Nigeria Limited conducted the Mandatory Professional Development (MPDP) as part of the membership requirements.

The one day programme which held at the Academy’s training centre in Surulere drew participants from Halogen security, AIICO Insurance, Integrated Corporate Services Limited, HB Public Relations, Michael Stevens Consulting, FOSAD Consulting  and other individuals. The Chief facilitator of the Academy; Dr. Obiora Madu took participants through an overview of the outsourcing industry, evolution and professional global best practices. He said outsourcing practices in the present Nigeria economic terrain is no longer an option but a must for forward thinking organizations to increase the service quality, reduce cost, be more competitive and increase bottom line.

The Secretary of the Association; Mrs. Jacqueline Odiadi (Esq.) also took them on the important role of building a strategic Service Level Agreements for Successful Outsourcing Engagements.  She stressed that services level agreement constitute an integral part of any engagement from entry to the exit stage. Other areas includes Service Orientation and breakout sessions, presentations were also made by the group representatives on the outcome of their group work.

The participants at the end of the programme expressed their satisfaction and thanked the organizers for putting together such an impactful training.
