BACAN, after completing its appointment as BCI's authorized Certification Training provider, has set its eyes on offering absolutely the latest BPO training and talent development solutions to not only the existing the Nigerian BPO players, but also to those who plan to set up their operations in Nigeria in the next few years. More importantly, BACAN is the only touch-point in Nigeria for attaining the prestigious BCI
certifications.
In the next few months, BCI and BACAN are ready to launch in Nigeria, the following:
- EIGHT world class BPO training and Certification programs for team leaders and BPO managers
- FOUR world-class Agent-level talent development and certification programs cutting across the contact center and non-voice domains
- FOUR different types of world class BPO Skills Development and Certification programs for young University students in campuses.
These programs will prepare students for lucrative BPO jobs across various kinds of BPOs and contact centers by the time they pass out of college. Needless to say, the curriculum of all NBA training programs is derived directly from the BCI global human competence standards (the HCMS21, Release 3.2); all training systems are governed by the statutes of the BCI standards and even the content is optimized in accordance to the knowledge demands as prescribed under BCI HCMS21, Releases 3.0 and 3.1.
