BPO Academy Nigeria (BACAN) offers Certifications in Two categories - Enterprise (B2B, meant for BPO companies) and Human Competence (B2C, meant for current and aspiring BPO professionals). While enterprise level Certifications prove the quality of a BPO company's systems and processes, the human competence Certifications serve as Qualification benchmarks for all who work in or desire to work in BPOs.

BSDQ is the Service Delivery Quality Certification designed for BPO enterprises. Based on the SDMS, an enterprise is evaluated across 9/ 14/ 22 parameters before the award of BSDQ09, BSDQ14 or BSDQ22 Certification. BTMQ, on the other hand, is the Talent Management Quality Certification designed for BPO enterprises.

Based on the BPO Academy Nigeria TMMS, an enterprise is evaluated across 10 parameters before the award. BACAN's human competence certification bouquet contains state-of-the-art programs for Fresh talents, Associates, Team Leaders, Operations Managers, Training professionals, People/ HR professionals and business leaders. Each of these Certifications are based on BACAN's Human Competence Master Standards (the HCMS21), which enunciates benchmarks for professional competencies of BPO operatives across 21 critical parameters.
