It is designed for aspiring talents desirous of starting a career or desires advancement as customer service professionals in BPO organizations and contact centres or in-house customer care operations of other non-BPO organizations.
CERTIFIED CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINER (CCST)
This programme is designed to build the trainer on functions that produces measurable improvement in BPO training initiatives. It gives individuals both the fundamental and advanced skills needed to raise their facilitation profile while navigating the typical huddles of training. CERTIFIED FINANCIAL SERVICE ASSOCIATE (CFSA)
This course is designed for fresh young talents with a background in Business, Finance, Commerce, accounting and related field who wants to make a career in F&A BPOs. The CFSP assessments seek to appraise the overall readiness of young talents’ proficiency with F&A tasks and services in terms of their knowledge, soft skills and aptitude.
CERTIFIED BACK-OFFICE OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE (CBOA)
This course is designed for talents desirous of starting a career in non-voice transaction service BPO organizations. The CBOA assessments seek to appraise the overall readiness of talents in terms of their proficiency with basic soft skills for working on various types of transaction service tasks.
PROFESSIONAL LEVEL CERTIFICATION COURSES
The professional certifications are for candidates who have earned the associate level or those who have a minimum of two years’ experience in customer service, business development, finance, back-office operations and other related fields.
CERTIFIED CUSTOMER CARE PROFESSIONAL (CCCP)
CCSP is for candidates who have earned the CCSA or those who have a minimum of two years’ experience in a customer care environment. This includes Call Centre Agents, front desk, sales and other customer interaction interfaces.
CERTIFIED FINANCIAL SERVICE PROFESSION (CFSP)
This course is for people/trainees to introduce various roles to employees working across key areas of financial services spectrum. They will learn amongst other things about responding to client needs, maintaining financial records, processing superannuation records and performing clerical duties. Possible work duties may include: – responding to customer enquiries; – sales and service; – maintaining financial records; – performing clerical duties; – applying fundamental skills in banking, credit management, insurance and retail financial services.
CERTIFIED BACK OFFICE PROFESSIONAL (CBOP)
CBOP is awarded to individuals who successfully complete the requirements as prescribed by the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA). These requirements primarily include having passed the CBOA or secured a minimum of two years’ experience in a back office environment. It also involves submissions of proofs of competence accumulated through formal learning and past work and/or qualifying the CBOP examinations organized at BPO various authorized. This programme can be done either through self-study or by training with any of the Authorized Training Providers.
CERTIFIED BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PROFESSIONAL (CBDP)
CBDP is for candidates who have successfully gone through the CBDA or two years’ work experience in related field and are ready to advance their career in new or existing business frontier. They will learn how to develop, expand and generate new business opportunities as well as marketing, product development and distribution, writing contract proposals and presentations and meeting with potential new clients.
CERTIFIED HUMAN RESOURCE PROFESSIONAL (CHRP)
This course is designed for forward-looking Human Resource personnel who have fulfilled all NIDTA requirements including the acquisition of the CHRP or a minimum of two years’ work experience in Human Resource duties. They will learn how Human Resource Managers have become the visible interface between employees and management, acting as a bridge between an organisation’s expectations and employee aspirations.
Associate Level – 6 Saturdays (Part-time) and 5 Days (Full Time)
Professional Level – 5 Saturdays (Part-time) and 4 Days (Full Time)
